Stace Smith produces more PRCA rodeos than any other stock contractor in the PRCA. In 2004, 2005, 2006, 2007, 2008 and 2009, Stace Smith was named Stock Contractor of the Year in the PRCA. Since 2004, Smith Pro Rodeos has had multiple rodeos in the top five in each of the four PRCA categories. Stace Smith has worked at every level of rodeo, beginning as a contestant, then spending time as chute boss, then becoming a pickup man. Mr. Smith was chosen as pickup man for the Texas Circuit finals for 2005 and 2007. As a competitor in 2008, he qualified in the team roping at the first ever Heartland Series Finals.
